Get your offer
We will send you a Letter of Offer confirming your course dates and fees and an Enrolment Agreement for you to sign and return.
Enrol and pay
Sign and return the Enrolment Agreement and pay your fees at least a month before your course starts. You can pay fees by electronic bank transfer or credit card. Detailed instructions on how to pay are included in your Letter of Offer.
If you are applying for a Student Visa and want to study with us for 30 weeks or more you only need to pay for 50% of your tuition fees upfront. You can pay the remainder of your tuition fees after you start your course. Find out more about payment periods.
Organise your visa and travel
We will send you an Acceptance Letter confirming your enrolment together with information about your first day at ICTE-UQ including what time you need to arrive and what to bring.
If you are applying for a Student Visa, we will also send you an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (e-CoE). You must have your e-CoE to apply for a Student Visa. You can use a registered ICTE-UQ agent to help you with lodging your visa application or apply directly online to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.
