ICTE-UQ appoints new Director

ICTE-UQ is pleased to announce that Mr Julian Wilson has been appointed as the new Director, ICTE-UQ.

Julian first joined the Institute in 2010 and brings extensive experience to the role. Over the last 20 years Julian has developed a successful career as a trainer, teacher, lecturer, and accomplished education leader in both domestic and international settings across secondary and higher education sectors, and has taught at and established schools and colleges in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Australia.

In February, 2014 Julian became the Institute’s Acting Director and since this time he has successfully led and implemented organisational changes to increase the teaching and delivery capacity of the Institute to support the strategic direction of The University of Queensland.

The Institute looks forward to strengthening our partnership and to exploring expanded collaboration under Julian’s leadership.
