Progression - All courses
- A student may progress to the next level when they have successfully completed their current level.
- A student is considered to have successfully completed a level when they have completed 10 weeks of study at that level, and achieved an overall grade of 4 or higher in the second half of that period of study
or - When they have completed 5 weeks of study at a level, and received 3 Achievement Grades of A or higher and no grade of D or E.
Changing course
- At the beginning of a session, students may transfer from one course to another course and study at the same level, regardless of the results of previous assessment or length of study.
- Where a student studies a total of 10 weeks in two different courses at the same level and achieves an overall grade of 4 or higher in the assessment in the second half of that period of study, they will be considered to have successfully completed that level.
