Janine Cezar joined the International Development team in 2017 as a Development Assistant. She has supported numerous short courses through project and event management, financial management, welfare support and administration.

Prior to working with UQID Janine worked and volunteered in the university sector with international student groups. She was responsible for coordinating over 300 student volunteers and managing student-led events including orientations, workshops and interstate field trips.

Originally from Canada, Janine has experience working in the philanthropy sector interning with Kids Cancer Care assisting with fundraising, events and stakeholder engagement.
