Paul is responsible for the design, delivery and academic management of ICTE’s Customised English Language Programs.

He has worked at UQ-ICTE since 2003, coordinating and teaching on a wide range of courses including Bridging English, General English and Customised English Programs. He also has extensive experience as a teacher trainer on professional development programs focused on TESOL Methodology and Content and Language Integrated Learning.

His professional interests include the integration of digital technologies in the classroom on which he has presented several workshops nationally and internationally. As Academic Manager, he has a desire to see technology effectively integrated into programs and staff trained in best practice.

Paul established and facilitates the UQ-ICTE football club, which promotes a culture of fun, fitness and friendship through English and has involved more than 500 students from all around the world. In 2014, Paul won the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (International)’s award for going above and beyond the call of duty.
