Charlotte joined UQ International Development as a Development Assistant in 2012 providing Development Coordinators with assistance across a range of Australia Awards short courses. Since becoming a Development Coordinator in 2015, she has been responsible for logistical and financial management of international programs, including Extractives and Justice sector workshops in PNG and Executive Leadership training for Bhutanese civil servants.

In addition to her roles with UQID she has worked in South Africa with SHAWCO Education, facilitating programs in township schools in Cape Town. She has also lived in Thailand and the Philippines where she was engaged in livelihood projects supporting women’s financial independence and community development.
