The ICTE Student Volunteers program provides opportunities for ICTE students to develop improved connections and a sense of community amongst all ICTE students.
Volunteers will be involved in ICTE Orientations as well as Activities for all ICTE Students.

As an ICTE Student Volunteer you will have a fantastic opportunity to improve the experience of students studying at ICTE whilst developing your own leadership and organisation skills.
Student Volunteers assist in a number of ways including:
- Delivering a campus tour for new students
- Helping to run a Welcome Event
- Supporting ICTE Activities
- Assisting with events
Volunteers must have studied at ICTE in a BE, EAP, EIBC or General English Level 5 or 6 class and have at least 10 weeks remaining. Previous ICTE students now studying at UQ are also welcome to apply.

Student Leaders are experienced ICTE Student Volunteers or ICTE Students who show exceptional leadership qualities.
Leaders are involved in a number of areas including:
- Planning and delivering exciting new activities on the ICTE Activities program
- Delivering short presentations during Orientation
- Promoting activities to students
- Supporting ICTE Students to attend UQ Events and Activities
- Assist in training new Student Volunteers
