The ‘Services Exports Course' program aimed to enhance participants’ abilities to identify and promote Indonesia’s services exports. Indonesia has significant potential to export a range of services but to date has not exploited this potential to a significant extent. Participants worked in groups to develop Sector Identification and Promotion Plans (SIPPs), which were targeted at key services with export potential, specifically in:

  • spa services
  • medical services
  • engineering (construction) services
  • specialty design services
  • architectural services
  • IT services.
