About the course

English for Academic Communication: Master of Arts in Japanese Interpreting and Translation is a course designed to meet the English language needs of students from a non-English speaking background undertaking UQ MAJIT studies.  The course will focus on language accuracy and idiomatic expression.

If you are undertaking UQ MAJIT studies, and do not speak English as your first language, registration for this course is recommended.

All classes are held in the Sir Llew Edwards Building, Building 14 - see directions. You will be sent your room number by email before classes start.

Every Tuesday morning

Classes are held from 9:00am – 1pm on Tuesday mornings for 6 weeks (from 20 February – 27 March, 2018).
