The EAC: Postgraduate Development Practice (EAC: PDP) course is a discipline-specific program for students from a non-English speaking background (NESB)  who are enrolled in Postgraduate Development Practice courses. The course focuses on developing academic reading and writing skills required in Postgraduate Development Practice studies. 

The overarching learning goals for the program were for participants to be able to:

  • present effectively and academically in English
  • learn strategies for effective and critical academic reading
  • understand and practice academic writing style and skills
  • apply these skills to PDP studies or future careers

Sir Llew Edwards Building

All classes are held in the Sir Llew Edwards Building, Building 14 - see directions. You will be sent your room number by email before classes start.

Every Thursday afternoon

Classes are held every Thursday afternoon for 8 weeks from 1pm - 4pm.
